Northern Rivers’ Permanency Resource Center helps families formed through adoption and guardianship find necessary resources for the variety of issues and needs that arise after finalization.  The Permanency Resource Center supports adoptive and postguardianship families, empowering them for growth and enabling positive outcomes for all involved. Our workers have extensive knowledge and lived experience parenting children with emotional, mental health, and trauma-based needs.

This program is funded through a grant from the New York Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) for families residing in Albany, Fulton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Warren, and Washington Counties.
