School-to-Work Transition

Transition services support students as they move from high school to the work world and adult life. Our curriculum on vocational preparation and training is tied in with New York state learning standard toward a CDOS diploma. We understand and advocate for our clients’ rights and responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

We offer the following assessments and trainings for students:

• Vocational strengths and abilities
• Independent living skills
• Social and interpersonal skills
• Work ethics training
