The Residential Treatment Center project was presented to the City of Albany Planning Board, Tuesday, February 26. We anticipate having approval March 26th.

Exterior trim and siding work continues on the Behavioral Health Care Center.

Door frames and drywall installation continues in the Behavioral Health Care Center. Electrical circuits for rooms and lighting have been installed. Exterior Trim and Siding work will begin next week.

Installation of PVC window trim and molding continues. With the completion of the window trim, the siding and brickwork can begin. Plywood backing is currently being installed. The sheetrock and ceilings will be added in the next few weeks.

Northern Rivers is excited to announce a new development to our campus construction. As the next step in the process, and as dictated by new regulations in the City of Albany, we will host a public meeting to present our district plan to nearby property owners, Monday, January 28, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. at the Sidney Albert Training Institute (SATRI), 60 Academy Road, Albany, NY 12208. This brief informational session will be conducted by the consulting engineers and land surveyors with the general contractor and project architect, as well as agency leadership. They will provide details on the construction process and answer any questions you may have. We hope you will join us for this meeting!

The residential area roof in the Behavioral Health Care Center is almost complete. The Roof Top Air Handling Unit (RTU) and other roof equipment will installed next week.

Youth Ambassadors toured the Behavioral Health Care Center and marveled at the progress.

The installation of roof trusses and sheathing has begun in the residential area of the building.

Window installation began this week. The clinical area of the building should be weather tight in the next few weeks.
